Citrus-Curry Chicken Breasts Recipe - Cooking Index

1/4 cup | 59ml | Orange juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lime juice - (juice of 1/2, lime) |
2 | Garlic - minced or | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Curry powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt - pepper to taste |
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Add chicken to marinade and let sit, turning occasionally, for several hours in the refrigerator.
Place chicken and marinade in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, occasionally brushing tops of chicken with marinade.
