Citrus Tarragon Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Realemon juice - (i used fresh squeez |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Orange juice |
| 6 | Garlic - finely chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground ginger |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tarragon |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| 6 | Chicken breasts - skinned and boned |
Combine all ingredients except chicken; pour over chicken. (I used plastic zipper bag)
Cover; marinate 2 hours in refrigerator. Drain chicken; discard marinade. Grill or broil chicken as desired until fully cooked.
