Citrus Sage Chicken Breasts Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Boneless chicken breasts |
1 | Lemonade - (6 oz.) | |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Honey |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sage - crushed |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried thyme - crushed |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
Preheat oven to 350F. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry; place in a shallow baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients. Pour 1/2 of mixture over chicken and bake 20 minutes longer or until done.
