| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Dry sherry |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Fresh ginger - grated |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soy sauce |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | -- water |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced green onion |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Rice wine vinegar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Hoisin sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sesame oil |
Combine and blend all ingredients.
