Frying chicken | ||
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Basil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano |
1 cup | 237ml | Dry white wine |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
pieces on all sides. Pour off excess oil. Add wine and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
