Anthe's Bean Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cans | Red kidney beans - rinsed and drained | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vegetable oil |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Onions - finely chopped (small) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sweet pickle relish |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise - (don't use miracle whip) |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - finely chopped |
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
