2 1/2 | Flour | |
1 cup | 237ml | Chicken broth |
2 cups | 474ml | Sour cream - imitation |
In casserole heat butter and oil and brown chicken. Season with S&P and remove. In remaining fat cook onions and garlic until translucent. Add paprika and flour and cook gently, stirring 3 min. Add broth, then sour cream stirring constantly until sauce is smooth and thickened. Replace chicken. (At this point you can stop and continue later. Refrigerate and inc. baking time,).
Bake covered, in preheated 350 oven for one hour, or until tender.
Serving Ideas : Noodles or potato pancakes and salad.
