Chicken With Blue-Cheese Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

4   Boneless - skinless chicken
  Breast halves - (about 1lb)
  Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons 30mlButter or margarine
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozFinely chopped baked ham
1/3 cup 78mlChicken broth
1/3 cup 48g / 1.7ozBlue-cheese dressing
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozChopped walnuts - lightly
  Toasted
  Chopped parsley - for garnish optional

Recipe Instructions

Pound breast halves to 1/4-inch thickness. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Melt butter in large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until bubbly.

Add chopped ham to skillet and cook 1 minute or until browned. Add chicken and parsley, if desired.

Tip: To toast chopped nuts, place in small skillet. Cook over medium heat, Remove from heat and cool.
