| Salt and pepper | ||
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter or margarine |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Finely chopped baked ham |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Chicken broth |
| 1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Blue-cheese dressing |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped walnuts - lightly |
| Toasted | ||
| Chopped parsley - for garnish optional |
Pound breast halves to 1/4-inch thickness. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until bubbly.
Add chopped ham to skillet and cook 1 minute or until browned. Add chicken and parsley, if desired.
Tip: To toast chopped nuts, place in small skillet. Cook over medium heat, Remove from heat and cool.
