Chicken Tostadas Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Lettuce |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vinegar |
| 1 | Taco sauce - (8 oz) | |
| 4 | Tostada shells | |
| 1 3/4 cups | 109g / 3.8oz | Chicken - chopped/cooked |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Cheddar cheese - shredded |
In a medium bowl, combine lettuce, oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, vinegar, and taco sauce. Toss to mix well. To serve, place tostada shell on each of 4 dinner plates. Divide ingredients equally among tostadas, layering in the following in order: taco sauce, chicken, and lettuce mixture. Drizzle with remaining liquid for the lettuce mixture. Top with cheese.
