1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Boneless - skinless chicken |

1 | Hidden valley ranch dressing - mix | |
16 oz | 454g | Frozen vegetable medley |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Water |
Heat oil in stir fry pan until hot, add chicken. Stir in package of dressing mix to coat chicken. Add vegetables and water and stir fry for about 2 to 3 minutes.
