Anasazi Bean Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Cooked am Anasazi beans |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion (medium) |
| 1 | Celery stalk | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Tofu - drained |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Am unrefined olive oil |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vege-sal - or- similar seasoning |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chili powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Basil |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
Blend together in blender or food processor until smooth. Great for dips or sandwich spread.
