Chicken Salad Supreme - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Mayo or salad dressing |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lime juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground nutmeg |
4 cups | 250g / 8.8oz | Cubed chicken or turkey |
11 oz | 312g | Mandarin oranges * - (1 cn) |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Seedless green grape halves |
3/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Chopped celery |
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Slivered almonds - toasted |
Drain Mandarin Orange segments.
In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and nutmeg. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill. Serve on Lettuce leaves. Refrigerate leftovers.
