Recipe Ingredients

3 cups 187g / 6.6ozChicken - cooked, cubed
1 lb 454g / 16ozAsparagus - steamed
1   Pineapple - chunks, drained) (20 oz)
2   Tomatoes - sliced
1   Onion - diced
1   Green pepper - sliced
1   Green olives - sliced (7oz)
1 tablespoon 15mlParsley - chopped
1 tablespoon 15mlBasil
1   Iceberg lettuce - washed and torn

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Toss with dressing of your choice. Serves 6
