Chicken Salad - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 711ml | Chicken - dice & boil |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lemon juice - fresh |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Curry powder |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Grapes - seedless |
1 cup | 237ml | Pineapple - tidbits drained |
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Slivered almonds - toasted |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Water chestnuts - diced |
Toss chicken with lemon juice in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Combine next 4 ingredients in small bowl. Add remaining ingredients to chicken and toss lightly. Blend in mayonnaise mixture.
