Chicken Rosemary With Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 948ml | Potatoes (medium) |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Boneless skinless chicken br |
2 | Garlic - minced | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dried rosemary - crumbled |
Slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick, and cook in microwave until tender (about 8 minutes).
Meanwhile, in large skillet, brown chicken and garlic in oil on high heat f about 5 minutes.
Add potatoes and rosemary; cook until potatoes are lightly browned. Sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
