Almond-Blue Cheese Balls Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Cream cheese - at room temperature |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Blue cheese |
Fresh cream - as necessary | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated onion |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Chopped fresh parsley |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Chopped chives |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Chutney - drained |
Salt and pepper - to taste | ||
Chopped almonds - for coating |
Blend and form in little individual balls adding drops of fresh cream to adjust consistency of mixture.
Roll in chopped almond and chill.
