Chicken On Biscuits - Mom's Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Celery - thinly sliced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Green pepper - chopped |
1 | Cr chicken soup can | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Flour |
1 | Pepper | |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Cooked - chopped chicken |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Milk |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Pimento |
Biscuits |
Melt margarine in Dutch Oven. Sautee celery and green pepper. Cook until tender.
Mix together soup, flour, salt, pepper. Add to Dutch Oven. Add chicken, milk, and pimento. Cook and stir till steaming.
Serve over biscuits.
