Chicken Mushroom Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Cooked chicken mushrooms - chopped |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - thinly sliced |
1 | Romaine lettuce - washed, spun dry, and torn into pieces | |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Olives - sliced |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Almonds - toasted and slivered |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Wild mustard seed mayonnaise - (recipe to follow) |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Field garlic leaves - finely snipped |
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss well.
