Chicken Meat Loaf Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground chicken |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Crushed saltine crackers - (24) |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Minced fresh onion |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced green bell pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Ketchup |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Prepared horseradish |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
Vegetable cooking spray |
Combine all the ingredients except cooking spray in a bowl, and stir until well-blended.
Pack mixture into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 2 slices).
