Chicken Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vegetable oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Oregano |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sweet basil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder with parsley |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Black pepper |
Combine all ingredients. Pour over chicken pieces in a non-metal dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning pieces occasionally. Use marinade to baste chicken while barbequing.
