Chicken Loaf Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Raw rice |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Grated carrots |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - grated (small) |
1/2 | Green bell pepper - diced | |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Cooked chicken or turkey |
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Grated cheddar cheese |
1 | Milk | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 | Pepper |
Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 9" X 13" baking dish and bake at 325øF for 1-1/2 hours.
