Recipe Instructions

In this recipe, we've combined traditional granola ingredients such as

oats,

sunflower seeds, raisins, honey and spices and created a wholesome,

nutritious bar. When stored in an airtight container, they will stay soft

and moist for several days.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 13x9-inch pan or spray with nonstick

cooking spray. In large bowl, combine brown sugar, margarine, honey and

egg

white; beat until well blended. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup;

level off. Add flour, cinnamon and baking powder; mix well. Stir in oats,

cereal, raisins and sunflower seeds. Press mixture firmly in bottom of

greased pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 14 to 18 minutes or until edges are light

golden

brown and center appears set. Cool completely. Cut into bars. Store in

tightly covered container. Makes 36 bars.
