Vegetable Casserole (.5 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

1   Asparagus - Chopped
1   Broccoli florets
1   Carrots
1   Spinach
  Vegetable cooking spray
11   98% fat-free cream of mushroom - canned
2   Onions - finely chopped
1   Thyme
1/2   Water
  Salt And Pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Layer asparagus, broccoli, carrots, and spinach in a baking dish covered

with vegetable cooking spray. Blend remaining ingredients. Pour over

vegetables. Cover. Bake at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until vegetables

are tender.
