Tofu Fruit Smoothie (3 PTS) Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Banana - ripe, sliced |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Frozen strawberries - sliced, in light |
Syrup | ||
Partially thawed | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Soft silken tofu - drained (3 oz.) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Vanilla low-fat yogurt |
Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve
immediately.
Yield 2 (3/4 cup) servings.
