Tofu Fruit Smoothie (3 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 118mlBanana - ripe, sliced
1/2 cup 118mlFrozen strawberries - sliced, in light
  Syrup
  Partially thawed
1/2 cup 118mlSoft silken tofu - drained (3 oz.)
1/2 cup 118mlVanilla low-fat yogurt

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve

immediately.

Yield 2 (3/4 cup) servings.
