Sunshine Morning Granola (5 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 125g / 4.4ozQuaker Oats (quick or old fashioned) - uncooked
1/3 cup 78mlHoney
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozPecans (optional) - chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlVegetable oil
2 teaspoons 10mlOrange peel - grated
1 teaspoon 5mlGround cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlSalt (optional)
2/3 cup 73g / 2.6ozDried mixed fruit (about 3 oz) - diced

Recipe Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients except dried fruit in large

bowl; mix well. Spread evenly in 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan or 13 x

9-inch

baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring once

after

10 minutes. Cool completely in pan. Stir in dried fruit. Store tightly

covered up to 5 days.
