1 1/2 cups | 355ml | California seedless grapes |
1 | Cored - sliced red apple | |
1 | Orange - peeled and sectioned | |
1 cup | 237ml | Cantaloupes - cubed |
1 | Cinnamon stick | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | White grape juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Packed brown sugar |
Combine grapes, apple, orange, cantaloupe and cinnamon stick. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over fruit. Cover and marinate in refrigerator until chilled.
Remove cinnamon stick. Divide marinated fruits equally into 4 serving dishes.
