Spiced Carrots (.5 PTS) Recipe - Cooking Index

2 | Parsley chopped ( or less to taste ) |
1.) Rinse trim and peel carrots. Cut into 1/4" slices.
2.) Steam 15-20 minutes, until barely tender.
3.) In a skillet over medium heat melt butter or margarine until it
bubbles.
Add carrots and toss. Sprinkle on sugar and ginger or cinnamon. Toss
lightly.
4.) Cook 1-2 minutes until glazed. Sprinkle with parsley and serve
immediately.
