Snickerdoodles (1 PT)

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2		Sugar
1 cup	237ml	Applesauce (cinnamon flavored optional but
2		Eggs
2 3/4		Flour
2		Cream of tartar
1		Baking soda
1/4		Salt

Recipe Instructions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients together...drop by

teaspoonfulls onto lightly pammed cookie sheet..sprinkle sugar and

cinnamon

on top of each cookie..bake for 8-10 mins...remove immediately to cool.

60 points for entire recipe....says it makes 6 dozen...that woud be under

a

point a piece.

How ever many you make...divde into 60!
