1/4 | Ground cinnamon - plus | |

1 1/2 | Pitted fresh sweet cherries | |

1 | Fresh pineapple chunks | |
1/2 | Fresh blueberries | |
3 | Pineapple juice - (up to 4) | |
1/2 | Grated lemon peel | |
1/2 | Low-fat vanilla yogurt | |
Ground cinnamon |
Preheat oven to 400 F. Spread both sides of French bread with
margarine. Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle on one
side of bread. Place on baking sheet, cinnamon side up. Bake for 10
to 12 minutes or until crisp. Combine fruit, remaining sugar,
pineapple juice and lemon peel, and mix well. Spoon fruit mixture
over slices of bread. Top with yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon.
