Potato Soup (2 PTS)

Serves: 6 people

Recipe Ingredients

1   Chopped onion
2   Reduced-calorie margarine
2   Flour
1   Salt
1/4   Celery salt
1/8   Pepper
1   Mashed potatoes
2   Skim milk

Recipe Instructions

Saute onion in butter. Add flour, seasoning and potatoes. Stir in milk.

Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
