Pineapple-Orange Sunshine Cake (5 PTS) Recipe - Cooking Index

1/4 cup | 59ml | Applesauce |

1 | Mandarin oranges in light syrup - (11 oz) | |
1 | Frozen light whipped topping - (8 oz) thawed | |
1 | Instant vanilla pudding mix - (3.4 oz) | |
1 | Crushed pineapple in juice - (15 1/2 oz) |
Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, stir together first 4 ingredients
until moist. Coat a 9-by-13-inch pan with no-stick cooking spray. Pour
batter
into pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the
center
comes out clean. Cool completely.
Mix together next 3 ingredients for the frosting. Spread over cake.
Store
in refrigerator.
Per serving: 235 calories, 4 grams protein, 6 grams fat, 42 grams
carbohydrates, 79 milligrams cholesterol, 364 milligrams sodium, .77 gram
total fiber, 22 percent calories from fat.
