Peches Melba (5 PTS)

Serves: 4 people

Recipe Ingredients

4   Peaches depending on their size
4   Vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons 30mlRaspberry preserves or jam
2 tablespoons 30mlStrawberry preserves
1 tablespoon 15mlWater
1/3 cup 30g / 1.1ozSlivered almonds
  Whipped cream optional

Recipe Instructions

Peel and slice peaches. Place in individual bowls or parfait glasses.

Top with scoop of ice cream. In pot, gently heat preserves and water

until liquid. Evenly distribute over ice cream. Top with almonds and

serve immediately.
