4 | Vanilla ice cream | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Raspberry preserves or jam |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Strawberry preserves |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Water |
1/3 cup | 30g / 1.1oz | Slivered almonds |
Whipped cream optional |
Peel and slice peaches. Place in individual bowls or parfait glasses.
Top with scoop of ice cream. In pot, gently heat preserves and water
until liquid. Evenly distribute over ice cream. Top with almonds and
serve immediately.
