Mango Daiquiri Ice Pops (2 PTS)

Serves: 8 people

Recipe Ingredients

3 cups 438g / 15ozChopped peeled mangoes (2)
6 tablespoons 90mlLight rum
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozSuperfine granulated sugar
2 tablespoons 30mlWater
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlFresh lime juice
  SPECIAL EQUIPMENT:
8   Ice pop molds
8   Wooden sticks

Recipe Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, then force through a fine

sieve into a large glass measuring cup. Pour into molds and add sticks.

Freeze at least 24 hours.
