A La Bordelaise Mushrooms (Bordeaux-style)

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozCrÍpes or porcini mushrooms
3 tablespoons 45mlDuck fat
2   Garlic cloves - thinly sliced
1   juice of Lemon - and zest
4 tablespoons 60mlParsley - chopped
pinch  Salt and pepper

Recipe Instructions

Slice crêpes into 3/4 inch thick slices. Heat duck fat in a 12inch saute pan until smoking. Add crêpes and cook until light golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes.

Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add lemon juice and zest, parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Serve immediately.
