1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Turkey kielbasa - cut into 1-inch |

1 | Onion - chopped (large) | |
1 | Baby corn | |
1 | Condensed cream of celery soup | |
1 1/2 cups | 165g / 5.8oz | Baby carrots (large ones should be halved) |
1 | Frozen peas | |
3 | Red potatoes - cubed (3 to 4) (small) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Sliced fresh mushrooms |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sliced zucchini |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Thyme |
Cooking oil |
Heat cooking oil in large pan. Saute kielbasa, onion, and celery. Add
soup and gradually stir in 1 cup water. Add remaining vegetables and
thyme. Bring to a boil and stir until vegetables are just tender.
