Hotsy Totsy Make a Lotsy (6 PTS)

Serves: 4 people

Recipe Ingredients

4 cups 250g / 8.8ozGreen onions, including tops - finely chopped (medium)
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozParmesan cheese - grated
6 tablespoons 90mlMayonnaise
24   Cocktail rye bread

Recipe Instructions

Stir together onions, cheese and mayonnaise until well blended. Add more

mayonnaise, if needed, to make mixture of a spreadable consistency.

Arrange

bread slices side by side on a cookie sheet and broil until toasted.

Remove

from broiler, turn slices over and spread cheese mixture on the untoasted

side. Broil about 6 inches below heat until bubbly and lightly browned,

about 3 minutes.

like them.
