Hotsy Totsy Make a Lotsy (6 PTS) Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 250g / 8.8oz | Green onions, including tops - finely chopped (medium) |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Parmesan cheese - grated |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Mayonnaise |
24 | Cocktail rye bread |
Stir together onions, cheese and mayonnaise until well blended. Add more
mayonnaise, if needed, to make mixture of a spreadable consistency.
Arrange
bread slices side by side on a cookie sheet and broil until toasted.
Remove
from broiler, turn slices over and spread cheese mixture on the untoasted
side. Broil about 6 inches below heat until bubbly and lightly browned,
about 3 minutes.
