1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Canned black beans - rinsed and drained |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Chopped fresh spinach - WELL CLEANED and |

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add
garlic;
saute 1 minute. Add tomato, parsley, basil, honey, salt and pepper, and
saute 3
minutes. Add macaroni, beans and spinach and cook 1 minute or until
thoroughly
heated. Feel free to use any other seasonings of your choosing, and if
you'd
like, you can add shredded chicken or beef for a meal with meat. Enjoy!!!
