2 | Tomatoes - chopped (medium) | |
1 | Sliced ripe olives | |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Shredded cheddar cheese |
I suggest shredding cheese first and putting in refrigerator until needed as it's easier to work with. Refrigerate, covered with Saran wrap, for 24 hrs. for flavors to blend.
