Greek Beef and Orzo (8 PTS) Recipe - Cooking Index

1 | (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomatoes - undrained | |
1 | Celery - sliced (1/2 cup) | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Uncooked rosamarina (orzo) pasta |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground red pepper (cayenne) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Yoplait® original plain yogurt |
Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat about 6 minutes,
stirring
frequently, until brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except
yogurt.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 12 minutes, stirring
frequently, until liquid is absorbed and pasta is tender. Serve with
yogurt.
Makes 4 servings, about 1 1/4 cups each.
