Rub tenderloins with salt and pepper. Combine brown sugar;
dry mustard, ginger, soy sauce and vinegar and mix well to
create a glaze for the tenderloins. Spread glaze over pork and
grill over medium hot coals until pork is cooked through. The
glaze is wonderful on the pork tenderloins. You could also
marinate the pork for a few hours or overnight in the glaze
for some added flavor.
