1 | Gingerroot (3 to 4-inch) - thinly | |

1 tablespoon | 15ml | Grated orange peel (1 to 2 tablespoons) |

Heat water to boiling. Add tea bags, gingerroot and orange peel; remove
from
heat. Steep 10 minutes; remove tea bags. Let stand 30 to 60 minutes. Place
mint in ice-filled glasses. Strain tea over ice. Strain and refrigerate
any
remaining tea.
