8 oz | 227g | Uncooked fettuccine |
3 cups | 711ml | Sliced mushrooms (about 8 ounces) |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped fresh parsley |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Red wine vinegar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive or vegetable oil |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Grated Parmesan cheese |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Chopped fresh rosemary |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 | Garlic - crushed |
Cook and drain fettuccine as directed on package. Rinse with cold water;
drain. Toss fettuccine and remaining ingredients.
