Recipe Ingredients

8 oz 227gUncooked fettuccine
3 cups 711mlSliced mushrooms (about 8 ounces)
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozChopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup 59mlRed wine vinegar
1/4 cup 59mlOlive or vegetable oil
3 tablespoons 45mlGrated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons 10mlChopped fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlPepper
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1   Garlic - crushed

Recipe Instructions

Cook and drain fettuccine as directed on package. Rinse with cold water;

drain. Toss fettuccine and remaining ingredients.
