Fiesta Taco Casserole ( 8 points)

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozLean ground beef
1   Spicy chili beans (15 to 16 ounces) - undrained
1 cup 237mlSalsa
2 cups 474mlCoarsely broken tortilla chips
1/2 cup 118mlReduced-fat sour cream
4 cups 250g / 8.8ozGreen onions - sliced (1/2 cup) (medium)
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozTomato - chopped (3/4 cup) (medium)
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozShredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  (4 ounces)
  Tortilla chips - if desired
  Shredded lettuce - if desired
  Salsa - if desired

Recipe Instructions

Heat oven to 350º. Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10

minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in beans and

Place broken tortilla chips in ungreased 2-quart casserole. Top with beef

mixture. Spread with sour cream. Sprinkle with onions, tomato and cheese.

Bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Arrange tortilla

chips around edge of casserole. Serve with lettuce and salsa.
