Deviled Steaks ( 7 points)

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup 59mlDijon mustard
2 teaspoons 10mlChopped fresh rosemary
  OR
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDried rosemary leaves - crushed
1 teaspoon 5mlCoarsely ground pepper
2   Garlic - finely chopped
1 lb 454g / 16ozBeef boneless top loin steaks (4 steaks) - about 1
1   Thick

Recipe Instructions

Mix mustard, rosemary, pepper and garlic. Cover and let stand 30 minutes.

Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coals or gas grill for direct

heat. Spread mustard mixture on both sides of beef. Grill beef uncovered 4

to 5 inches from medium heat 1 minute on each side to seal in juices.

Cover

and grill 8 to 9 minutes longer for medium doneness (160ºF), turning once.
