Daiquiri Freeze Popcorn (1.5 PTS) Recipe - Cooking Index
8 cups | 500g / 17oz | Popcorn |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lime juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vanilla pudding mix |
1 | Sweet 'n Low® sweetener | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Rum extract |
Place popcorn in large casserole.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Dribble over popcorn. Toss with hands to coat thoroughly. If mixture is
too
tart, dust with extra powdered sugar.
Cover and freeze for 1 hour.
Variations:Add 1/2 teaspoon banana or strawberry extract for flavored
daiquiri effect.
Yield: 8 cups; serving size 1 cup
