1/4 cup | 59ml | Unsweetened apple juice |
16 oz | 454g | Whole tomatoes - undrained |
6 oz | 170g | Uncooked spaghetti |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped dry-roasted peanuts |
Cook ground turkey, onion and garlic in 10-inch nonstick skillet over
medium
heat, stirring frequently, until turkey is no longer pink; drain. Stir in
remaining ingredients except spaghetti and peanuts; break up tomatoes.
Heat
to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 5 minutes or until apple
is
tender, stirring occasionally. Cook spaghetti as directed on package;
drain.
Serve sauce over spaghetti. Sprinkle with peanuts.
