Cucumber Salad (1 PT) Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 78ml | Cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Water |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vegetable oil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
4 cups | 948ml | Peeled sliced cucumber |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Vertically sliced red onion |
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir well with a whisk. Add
cucumber and onion; toss well to coat. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 3/4 cup).
