2 | Tuna in water - drained | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded Swiss cheese (4 ounces) |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped (1/2 cup) (medium) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | All-purpose flour |

2 | Egg whites | |
1 cup | 237ml | Skim milk |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Red pepper sauce |
Heat oven to 350º. Spray pie plate, 9 × 1 1/4 inches, with nonstick
cooking
spray. Toss tuna, cheese, onion and flour; spread in pie plate. Beat eggs
and egg whites slightly in small bowl; beat in remaining ingredients. Pour
egg mixture over tuna mixture. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until
knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before
cutting.
