6 | Boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 pounds) | |
6 oz | 170g | Whole-berry cranberry sauce |
1 oz | 28g | Tart apple peeled and chopped (large) |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Raisins |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped walnuts |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Curry powder |
Place chicken in a 13" x 9' x 2" baking dish coated with nonstick cooking
spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350o F. for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the
remaining ingredients. Spoon over chicken. Bake, uncovered, 20 - 25
minutes
longer or until the juices run clear.
