Cinnamon-Apple Pie Parfait (4 PTS) Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Light apple pie filling |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Apple pie spice |
2 1/2 cups | 592ml | Vanilla low-fat ice cream - softened |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Low-fat cinnamon crisp graham cracker crumbs about 8 crackers |
1. Place apple pie filling in a bowl, and coarsely chop apple slices using
kitchen scissors or a knife. Add pie spice, and stir well. Spoon 3
tablespoons ice cream into each of 4 parfait glasses; top each with 2
tablespoons pie filling mixture and 1 tablespoon crumbs. Spoon 3
tablespoons ice cream over crumbs, and top with 2 tablespoons pie filling
mixture. Sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoons crumbs over each parfait. Serve
immediately or freeze until ready to serve.
